# Executing a Trade Manually

Setup cards are the fast path, but you can always trade any market directly, your way.

## Steps

1. Open the **markets list** (or tap any asset anywhere in the app) to reach its market page.
2. Review the market: price, chart, and key stats are on the page.
3. Tap **Trade**, then choose your direction.
4. **Set your size.**
5. Optionally set your own **take-profit and stop** — defining the exit before you enter is the habit every receipt in this app exists to teach.
6. Review the confirmation screen — amount, price, and fee are all shown — and confirm.

## After the trade

Your position appears in your **portfolio** with live profit and loss, shown net of fees. You can adjust stops, take profit, or close the position at any time — markets here never close, and neither does your access to them.
