# Customizing Your News Feed

The news feed is fuel for trades — and the fastest feeds are the ones tuned to what you actually trade.

## Steps

1. Open the **Feed** tab and switch to **News**.
2. Tap the filter control at the top of the feed.
3. **Choose your sources.** Follow the accounts and outlets that matter to you; mute the ones that don't.
4. **Filter by asset.** Limit the feed to the markets you trade, or keep it wide for discovery.
5. Save — the feed reorders itself immediately.

## Good to know

* News items that relate to a tradeable market carry a chip linking straight to it — read, decide, act, without leaving the feed.
* Your filters also shape which news **notifications** you receive — see [setting up notifications](/documentation/features/step-by-step-tutorial/setting-up-notifications.md).
