# The Data Engine

Under every setup card is a data engine computing **100+ market indicators** continuously — momentum, trend, volume, volatility, and more.

You don't need to know any of them to use Crush. But every one of them is inspectable:

* **Plain-speak descriptions.** Each indicator has a one-line explanation in ordinary English — what it measures and why it matters — not a textbook definition.
* **The same data everywhere.** The engine that powers your feed is the same one behind the backtests and the assistant. There is one source of truth, so a number you see in one place matches the number everywhere else.
* **Built for receipts.** Indicators aren't decoration here — they're the raw material setups are built and tested from. If a pattern can't be computed from measurable data, it can't be backtested, and it doesn't ship.
