# AI Assistant

Crush has a built-in assistant that speaks plain language and is grounded in the same data the receipts come from.

## What it's for

* **Understanding a setup.** Ask why a card triggered, what the numbers behind it mean, or what would invalidate it.
* **Exploring history.** Ask how a pattern has performed, over what period, and with what sample size — the assistant reads from the measured record, not from vibes.
* **Learning the vocabulary.** Every indicator and term in Crush has a plain-English explanation. Ask about anything you see.

## The rules it lives by

The assistant explains **existing data only**. It doesn't invent signals, it doesn't predict prices, and it doesn't give financial advice. When it cites performance, it cites the sample size and the window the number came from — the same receipts standard as everything else in the app.
